According to Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the message as the owner of documents of National Archive Fund to the public archive institution about intention to perform their alienation and about acquisition of property right to these documents, and also acquisition of documents of National Archive Fund by the public archive institution in case of their sale which is applied.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public archive agency Ginzburg O. P.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
