About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2012 and for Planning Period of 2013 and 2014"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 30, 2011 N 370-FZ "About the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2012 and for planning period of 2013 and 2014" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 49, the Art. 7048) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 1:

a) in Item 1 of the word "in the amount 891 729 020, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 916 765 528, 2 thousand rubles";

b) in Item 2 of the word "in the amount 891 729 020, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 916 765 528, 2 thousand rubles";

2) regarding 1 Article 4 of the word "in the amount 603 292 189, 4 thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 611 520 737, 2 thousand rubles";

3) in Article 6:

a) to add Item 3 of part 1 with the offer of the following content: "The remaining balance of means which is not used in the first quarter 2012 on the specified purposes goes for increase in the normalized safety stock of Fund with the corresponding modification of indicators of budget list of the budget of Fund.";

b) part 7 after the words "accomplishment of research works" to add with the words "formed in connection with receipt in the budget of Fund of the income over the amounts, the stipulated in Clause 1 Federal Law of December 8, 2010 N 333-FZ " about the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2011 and for planning period of 2012 and 2013 "";
