Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of the vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2003 N 263 (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 20, Art. 1897; 2006, N 36, Art. 3833; 2008, N 14, Art. 1409; 2009, N 33, Art. 4085; 2012, N 3, Art. 444):

a) to add the paragraph of the eighth of item 4 with words "(except for person recognized by the victim according to the Federal Law "About Obligatory Civil Liability Insurance of Carrier for Damnification of Life, to Health, Property of Passengers and about Procedure for Compensation of Such Harm Done when Transporting Passengers by the Subway")";

b) add Item 9 with the subitem "n" of the following content:

"m) damnifications of life, to health and property of passengers in case of their transportation if this harm is subject to compensation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for damnification of life, to health and property of passengers.";
