About prolongation of application of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 No. 705

1. Extend till September 17, 2013 inclusive application of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 N 705 "About measures for protection of economic interests of producers of rolling bearings in the Customs union".

2. Inclusive to provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Federal Customs Service in the period from the effective date this Decision till September 17, 2013 collection of anti-dumping duty at the rates according to Appendix to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 N 705 according to the procedure, established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties.

3. This Decision becomes effective on January 21, 2013.
