About modification of the Instruction about procedure for forming of data of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade of state members of the Customs union

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for forming of data of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade of state members of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 N 837, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

The changes made to the Instruction about procedure for forming of data of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade of state members of the Customs union

1. To add Item 1 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

"Authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union have the right to publish the regulatory legal acts determining procedure for execution of this Instruction taking into account the legislation of these states.".

2. The fifth subitem 11.3.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
