For the purpose of further enhancement of process of coordination of attraction, monitoring and application of funds of technical assistance the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 21, 2000 N 456 "About measures for enhancement of the organization of tenders" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 11, the Art. 72):
a) to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:
"purchases of import and domestic raw materials, materials, components and the equipment in the sizes exceeding in equivalent 100 thousand dollars of the USA under one contract and financed by means of the government budget, extrabudgetary funds of state-financed organizations, the state trust and other off-budget funds created according to decisions of the President or the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the foreign grants provided within prisoners by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan of contracts with the donor countries, the international, foreign government and non-governmental organizations and foreign secured loans of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
