"1. On products included in the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance within the Customs union with issue of single documents (further - the Single list), at the choice of the applicant certificates of conformity are issued or declarations of conformity in single forms and (or) certificates of conformity or declarations of conformity according to the legislation of state members of the Customs union are drawn up.
