About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power industry"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power industry" (the Erkin Too newspaper of February 12, 1997 No. 8) the following amendments:
1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"The household subscriber - the citizen using energy under the agreement of power supply for own domestic needs;".
2. Add Article 23 with part 2 following of content:
"For household subscribers counters (devices of individual accounting) of electric and thermal energies are acquired, established and operated at the expense of means of the power supplying organization.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
