1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 22, 2012 No. 1066 "About approval of Rules of inclusion of investment projects in the list of investment strategic projects" the following changes:
in Rules of inclusion of investment projects in the list of the investment strategic projects approved by the specified resolution:
subitems 1), of Item 7 to state 2), 4) and 5) in the following edition:
"1) the copy of the certificate on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity certified by the signature of the head and seal of the legal entity;
2) the copy of the charter of the legal entity certified by the signature of the head and seal of the legal entity;";
"4) copies of documents which list is established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the installation and construction works proving estimated cost and purchase costs of the fixed assets, the raw materials and (or) materials used in case of implementation of the investment strategic project, certified by the signature of the head and seal of the legal entity;
5) copies of the documents establishing sources and guarantees of financing of the investment strategic project certified by the signature of the head and seal of the legal entity. In case of financing of the investment strategic project from own means the written confirmation about their availability is attached;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
