1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 2010 No. 962 "About the Concept of forming and use of means of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 27, Art. 203; 2012, No. 40, Art. 520) following change:

In the Concept of forming and use of means of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

the fourth the Section 5 "Asset Management of National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to state part in the following edition:

"Placement of assets of National fund shall be performed in the financial instruments which are traded on the foreign financial markets and included in the List of the permitted financial instruments, except for intangible assets, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the offer of Council for management of National fund. At the same time restrictions do not extend to the Kazakhstan financial instruments accepted by the decision of Council for management of National fund till January 1, 2013 which will be considered in structure of assets of National fund.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
