1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state services:

2) "Issue of permission to crossings of highways of the international and republican value by channels, communication lines and electricity transmissions, oil pipelines, gas pipelines, water supply systems and the railroads and other engineering networks and communications" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) "Issue of permission to the device, reconstruction, repair and liquidation of railway crossings on highways of the international and republican value" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) "Issue of permission to deepening of beds of the rivers and water currents is higher or lower than bridges for meliorative and other purposes at distance of less 2,5 of km on highways of the international and republican value" according to appendix 4 to this order;
