1. These rules of carrying out monitoring of the cotton market (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 3-1) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About development of cotton industry" and determine procedure for carrying out monitoring of the cotton market.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
1) participants of the cotton market - the physical persons and legal entities participating in production, primary conversion of cotton raw in cotton-fiber and realization of cotton;
2) monitoring of the cotton market (further - monitoring) - set of the actions directed to collection, processing and data analysis of the cotton market, including production, conversion, storage and realization of cotton, performed by participants of the cotton market;
