About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About consumer protection"

1. To add the first part of Article 1 with the thirteenth Item of the following

contents:

2. Add Article 10 with part of 1 following content and part 1-8 to consider respectively parts 2-9:

"1. The consumer in the cases provided by the law has the right to ensuring marking of goods, products and information materials with control brand. Marking of goods, products and information materials control brand confirms production of these objects with observance of copyright and the related rights, availability of permission to sale in need of receipt of permission to sale from the relevant state body, availability of the right to distribution of these copies.
