About additional measures for development of the woodworking industry
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of measures of the state support in the course of implementation of investment projects for development of the woodworking industry, strengthening of labor discipline and material stimulation of workers and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Determine that:
1.1. in the organizations determined in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 No. 529 "About some measures for development of the woodworking industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 252, 1/9040) (further - the basic organizations), with workers sign contracts according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 1999 No. 29 "About additional measures for enhancement of employment relationships, strengthening of labor and performing discipline" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 58, 1/512), and taking into account the features established by this Decree for implementation of investment projects on creation (construction), technical retrofitting, upgrade and reconstruction of productions of woodworking (daleeinvestitsionny projects).
The contracts signed with employees of the basic organizations before entry into force of this Decree after the term of their action are prolonged within the maximum term of their action, and after the maximum term of their action new contracts for the period of implementation of the investment project are signed;
1.2. contract cancelation during implementation of investment projects at the initiative of the employee of the basic organization is possible only with the consent of the employer;
