1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on state regulation of rates for burial of radioactive waste.

2. The statement for initial establishment of rates for burial of radioactive waste and the corresponding materials are represented to the federal executive body authorized on establishment of rates no later than 30 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Regulations on state regulation of rates for burial of radioactive waste

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for state regulation of rates for burial of radioactive waste (further - rates), including bases of pricing and the rule of state regulation and control.

2. In this Provision the following concepts are used:

"long-term parameters of regulation" - parameters of calculation of rates which are used in case of application of method of establishment of rates taking into account the long-term periods (time frames) of regulation.

The size of the invested capital, the period of investment and the period of return of the invested capital belong to long-term parameters of regulation;

"invested capital" - the capital which is used for realization of the investing program necessary for implementation of regulated activities and which size is determined for the beginning of each long-term period of regulation;

"rate of return of the invested capital" - the size reflecting economically reasonable level of profitability of the invested capital, determined by the federal executive body authorized on establishment of rates;
