About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning sea ferries and the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 331

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union subsubline item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 2;

c) in the additional note 1 to group 89 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union to replace the 8901 10 100 0 code of FEACN CU with the 8901 10 100 code of FEACN CU;

d) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to the appendix N 3;

e) add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 15C of the following content:

"15C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied till 31.12.2014 inclusive.".
