About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, other central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated through the corresponding ministers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

In paragraph one of part one of Article 164-2 of the word of "the public control and auditing service" shall be replaced with words 1) "body of the state financial control";

In paragraph one of part one of Article 164-12 of the word "bodies of the State Treasury of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 2) "bodies which perform treasurer servicing of budgetary funds";

11) in Article 212-4:

16) in Article 244-4:

in the name and the text of the word "executive bodies in the field of consumer protection" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the central executive body which realizes state policy in the field of the state control of compliance with law about consumer protection" in the corresponding case;

18) in Article 244-7:

8) in Article 113:

in the name and part one of the word of "bodies of the State financial inspectorate of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "bodies of the state financial control";

in part two of the word "State Financial Inspection of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The central executive body which realizes state policy in the field of the state financial control";
