About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2013 and for Planning Period of 2014 and 2015"

1. Accept to execution the federal budget for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015.

2. To chief managers of the income of the federal budget:

take measures for ensuring receipt of taxes, charges and other obligatory payments, and also reducing debt on their payment;

provide no later than December 31, 2012 to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the forecast of receipts of the income for 2013 with quarterly and monthly distribution;

in case of introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2013 and for Planning Period of 2014 and 2015" (further - the Federal Law) regarding receipts of the income to represent to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from the date of adoption of the Federal Law on introduction of amendments to the Federal Law and to its introduction in force the specified forecast of receipts of the income for the current financial year with quarterly and monthly distribution;

provide (if necessary) no later than December 20, 2012 on approval to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation drafts of legal acts about modification of legal acts on administration of the income of the federal budget for the purpose of reduction them in compliance with the Federal Law;

in case of scope change of powers of federal bodies of the government (federal state bodies) and (or) structure of the income of the federal budget administered by them to provide in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation information on the specified changes within 2 weeks from the date of entry into force of legislative and other regulatory legal acts according to which the amount of powers and (or) structure of the administered income change.
