RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of September 12, 2012 No. 1077

About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning transfer in the government budget of means for provision of right of access, use, introduction and receipt of information from registers

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.10.2013 No. 868)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning transfer in the government budget of means for provision of right of access, use, introduction and receipt of information from registers of change which are attached.

2. To the central executive bodies to bring own acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning transfer in the government budget of means for provision of right of access, use, introduction and receipt of information from registers

1. Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 1999 No. 1272 "About the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice" (1999, No. 29, the Art. 1473) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with the paragraph of such content:

"Means for provision of right of access, use, introduction and receipt of information from registers are enlisted in the government budget.".

2. Item 19 of the Procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of regulatory legal acts and the use of it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2001 No. 376 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 17, Art. 747; 2002, No. 42, Art. 1933; 2011, No. 90, to the Art. 3266) to state in such edition:

"19. Means from collection of payment for provision of right of access, use and receipt of information, provision of other services in information fund are enlisted in the government budget.".
