About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning military transport planes

Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union subsubline item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to the appendix N 3;

d) in the additional note 2 of the Customs union to group 88 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of the word "In Subsubline Item" shall be replaced with words "In line items 8802 30 000 3,";

e) add notes to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union according to the appendix N 4;

e) add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 16C of the following content:

"16C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied till 31.12.2013 inclusive.".

2. Establish rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 percent from customs value concerning military transport planes (code 8802 30 000 3 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union) till December 31, 2013 inclusive.
