About modification of the Procedure for appointment and payment of grants
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of grants approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2004 No. 882 "Questions of scholarship providing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 28, Art. 1871; 2006, No. 7, Art. 363; 2008, No. 21, Art. 588; 2011, No. 73, the Art. 2739), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2012 No. 1084
1. Add Item 1 with subitem 9 of such content:
"9) cadets, listeners and graduateds in a military academy of the highest military educational institutions and military educational units of higher educational institutions - regarding purpose of the grants specified in the subitem 1 of Item 5 of this Procedure.".
2. In paragraph three of item 4 of the word and figures "in subitems 1-3" shall be replaced with words also in figures "in subitems 1-3 and 9".
3. To state the subitem 1 of Item 5 in such edition:
"1) grants of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, scholarships which are appointed to pupils, students, cadets of higher educational institutions, and also cadets, listeners and graduateds in a military academy of the highest military educational institutions and military educational units of higher educational institutions by results of study which sizes and procedure for appointment are determined by separate regulatory legal acts;".
4. In the text of the Procedure shall be replaced with words the word "cadet" in all cases and forms of number "the cadet of higher educational institution" in the corresponding case and number.
