Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 751) the following change:
to state part 5 of Article 29 in the following edition:
"5. Official publication of regulatory legal acts in incomplete statement is not allowed, except for the regulatory legal acts containing the state and (or) military secret.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
