About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on forming and use of the prices of paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2009 No. 300

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on forming and use of the prices of paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2009 No. 300 the following changes and amendments:

- in the name and in all text of the resolution to replace the word of "prices" in different cases with the word of "rates" in the corresponding cases;

- state preamble in the following edition:

- in Regulations on the forming and use of the prices of paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

in the name and in all text to replace the word "prices" in different cases with the word "rates" in the corresponding cases;

"1. The following concepts are applied to realization of this provision:

off-budget educational activities - the educational services provided in the state educational organizations on paid basis;
