1. Approve Regulations on rules of carrying out electronic public procurements and electronic reverse auction according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. This Regulations on rules of carrying out electronic public procurements and electronic reverse auction (further - the Provision) are developed according to article 37-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" and determine procedure for carrying out electronic public procurements and electronic reverse auction.
2. The purposes of the Provision are regulation, coordination and control of the activities connected with electronic public procurements. Electronic public procurements are applied to purchase of goods, works, services in real time by means of information resources.
