I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About counteraction of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, and to terrorism financing", accepted by Majlis of Turkmenistan on May 28, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 2, Art. 42; 2011, No. 3, Art. 58), following amendments:
1. Add Article 7 with part eight of the following content:
"8. The resolutions which are taken out by courts and other authorized bodies of foreign states and taken legal effect concerning persons having income gained in the criminal way, and this income which was equally participating in legalization and terrorism financing, are recognized according to the legislation and international treaties of Turkmenistan.
The orders of confiscation of income gained in the criminal way which are taken out by courts and other authorized bodies of foreign states and taken legal effect and also the means involved in terrorism financing, or other property equivalent to them which is in the territory of Turkmenistan are recognized and performed according to the legislation and international treaties of Turkmenistan. The specified income, means or property based on the international treaty of Turkmenistan can be fully or partially transferred to foreign state which courts and other authorized bodies issued the decree on their confiscation or competent authorities of which promoted identification of the facts which formed the basis for confiscation.".
