About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of packaging" (TR CU 005/2011)

1. Bring in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of packaging" (TR CU 005/2011) approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 16, 2011 N 769, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of packaging" (TR CU 005/2011)

1. In Article 1:

a) to add Item 1 after the words "corking means" with the words "according to Appendix 5";
