About reorganization of some state companies

1. Reorganize the state company "Registrul Animalelor" which obligations of the founder the Agency of veterinary sanitation and safety of animal products, by merge (absorption) of the state company "Centrul Republican de Informatie si Calcul pentru Colectarea si Prelucrarea Cerealelor" and the state company "performs Intreprinderea Stiintifico-Tehnologica "Agroindsistem" which obligations of the founder are performed by the Ministry of rural economy and food industry.
2. Change the name "state company "Registrul Animalelor"" to "the state company "Centrul Informational Agricol".
3. Determine that the Ministry of rural economy and food industry will perform function of the founder of the state company "Centrul Informational Agricol" and will provide reorganization of the specified companies according to the current legislation.
4. The state company "Centrul Informational Agricol" will become successor of the rights and obligations of the state company "Registrul Animalelor", the state company "Centrul Republican de Informatie si Calcul pentru Colectarea si Prelucrarea Cerealelor" and state company "to Intreprinderea Stiintifico-Tehnologica "Agroindsistem" and will exercise control of agricultural information systems.
