Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 29, 1998 N 1132 "About first-priority measures for legal protection of interests of the state in the course of economic and civil circulation of results of research, developmental and technological works of military, special and dual purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 40, the Art. 4964):

Functions and powers of the founder of Federal agency are performed by Federal Service for Intellectual Property, at the same time functions and powers of the founder of Federal agency regarding appointment and the termination of powers of his head, the conclusion, changes and the terminations of the employment contract with it are performed by Federal Service for Intellectual Property in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
