Subitem 5.391 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2010, No. 30, 5/31190) to add with words ", approves organizatsionnoekonomichesky reasons for creation of holdings with participation of the state, carries out efficiency analysis of their activities and annually provides in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the analytical information containing offers on elimination of the revealed shortcomings and increase in efficiency of activities of holdings".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
