About modification and amendments in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following change and amendment:
1. To state paragraph two of Article 66-3 in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of administrative penalty from five to ten settlement indicators or administrative detention for a period of up to five days.".
2. To add Item 1 of article 564 after words of "disorderly conduct" with words ", spousal assault".
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
