About modification of structure of Advisory committee on technical regulation, application of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Based on offers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation to bring in the structure of Advisory committee on technical regulation, application of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 18, 2012 No. 161 "About the Advisory committee on technical regulation, application of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures", the following changes:

a) include in structure of Advisory committee of the following persons:

Ismailov of Madi Amangeldovich is the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services (from the Republic of Kazakhstan);

Ponomarev Ilya Vadimovich is the deputy manager of Federal agency on construction and housing and communal services (from the Russian Federation);

b) exclude from structure of Advisory committee of Akimzhanov Dzhandos Abulkhanovich.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
