About modification of Item 12 of the Instruction on procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods

1. Item 12 of the Instruction on procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 263 "About procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods" to add with subitem 12.1 of the following content:

"12. 1) spare parts and equipment:

the customs duties placed under customs procedure of temporary import (admission) without payment, taxes and without application of measures of non-tariff and technical regulation according to Item 2 of article 349 of the Code and the intended for repair, maintenance or operation of the aircrafts imported as vehicles of international delivery, water vessels, rail vehicles (railway rolling stocks, units of railway rolling stock);

the customs duties placed under customs procedure of temporary import (admission) without payment, taxes and without application of the measures of non-tariff and technical regulation according to Item 2 of article 349 of the Code intended for repair, maintenance or operation of the aircrafts imported as vehicles of international delivery, water vessels, rail vehicles (railway rolling stocks, units of railway rolling stock) and placed under customs procedure of re-export for the purpose of completion of customs procedure of temporary import (admission);

placed under customs procedure of temporary export and intended for repair or maintenance of the aircrafts which are exported according to Chapter 48 of the Code, water vessels, rail vehicles (railway rolling stocks, units of railway rolling stock) if concerning such spare parts and the equipment the legislation of state member of the Customs union which customs authority is given DT for the room under customs procedure of temporary export does not establish rates of export customs duties on the date of registration of such DT;
