About introduction of amendments to article 27 of the Federal law "About Gas Supply in the Russian Federation"

Bring in article 27 of the Federal Law of March 31, 1999 N 69-FZ "About gas supply in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 14, Art. 1667; 2009, N 1, Art. 21; 2011, N 30, Art. 4596) following changes:
To add 1) after the words "shall provide" with words "if other is not provided by this Federal Law,";
To add 2) with part two of the following content:
"First of all access to free capacities belonging to the organizations of gas transmission and gas distribution networks specified in part one of this Article is provided to suppliers for transportation of the stripped dry gas received as a result of conversion of oil (passing) gas.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
