Based on Art. 5 the subitem f), St 11 and 52 Laws No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. The regulations about credit transfer approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 373 of December 15, 2005 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 176-181, 643), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 760 of June 4, 2010, to change and add as follows:

Item 1.3 after concept "Bank beneficiary" to add 1) with the following concepts:

"Basic Bank Account Number - the sequence of symbols which unambiguously identifies at the national level of accounts of any client opened in bank.

International Bank Account Number - the sequence of symbols which unambiguously identifies at the international level of accounts of any client opened in bank.";

Item 3.2 of the word of "transfer of foreign currency loan" shall be replaced with words 2) "national and international credit transfer in foreign currency", and in Item 3.3 of the word of "payment transfer" shall be replaced with words "credit transfer";
