About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 N 607 "About forms of Single veterinary certificates on the controlled goods imported on customs area of the Customs union from the third countries" changes according to appendix.

2. Till April 15, 2013 veterinary certificates are applied to import to customs area of the Customs union of controlled goods (forms N 3, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 17), provided as the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 N 892 "About modification of forms of Single veterinary certificates on the controlled goods imported on customs area of the Customs union from the third countries", and this Decision.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607

1. The name and paragraph one after words of Customs union to add with the words "Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation".

2. In the text of Items 1 - shall be replaced with words the 40th words "in the Customs union" "on customs area of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation".

The veterinary certificate on the live fishes exported on customs area of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, invertebrates and other poikilothermic water animals, their impregnated caviar, sperm, the larvae intended for productive cultivation, breeding and other use (the Form N 17) (is applied);".

4. In forms of the Single veterinary certificates approved by the specified Decision:

a) in the text of forms 1, 2, 4 - 7, 9, 14 - 16, 18 - 40:

shall be replaced with words the words "in the Customs union" "on customs area of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation";

shall be replaced with words the words "Item of Crossing of Borders of the Customs Union:" "The check point of goods through customs border:";

b) the veterinary certificate on the embryos of cattle exported to the Customs union (Form N 3) to state in the following edition:
