Drafts of technical regulations, other regulatory legal acts which contain mandatory requirements on ensuring unity of the measurements falling within the scope of state regulation on ensuring unity of measurements according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" are subject to obligatory metrological examination.
3. Metrological examination is obligatory stage of creation of drafts of technical regulations, other regulatory legal acts which contain requirements for ensuring unity of measurements.
