1. Approve Regulations on education and use of means Republican and local funds of conservation and development of forest industry in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and introduce the corresponding drafts of regulatory legal acts following from this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
