About application of identification tax and personal numbers

For the purpose of ensuring timely and complete payment in the budget of taxes with the legal entities and physical persons performing economic activity (further - subjects), passings of tax and accounting registration, and also effective interaction between the state bodies possessing information on subjects and the taxation objects by them, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the ministries, state committee, administrative departments, local public administrations and local government bodies:

- in the title, right certifying, licensed and allowing document issued to the subject to specify tax ID number (further - INN) or personal identification number (further - the PIN) the subject;

- till December 31, 2012 to provide inclusion in information databases of the column displaying INN or the subject's PIN;

- when forming the new information databases containing the information about the subject without fail to include in them the column displaying INN or the subject's PIN.

2. To the state bodies specified in Item 1 of this resolution in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
