About creation of joint-stock company "Managing company of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies"

According to the subitem 5) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2011 "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create joint-stock company "Managing company of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main activities of society:

1) interaction with state bodies concerning functioning of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" (further - SEZ of "PITAS");

2) provision in secondary land use (sublease) of the parcels of land and provision in lease (sublease) of infrastructure facilities to persons performing auxiliary types of activity;

3) conclusion and agreement cancelation about activities implementation;

4) representation to authorized body of the reporting on results of activities of SEZ of "PITAS" according to the procedure, established by authorized body, based on annual reports of participants of SEZ of "PITAS";

5) involvement of participants of special economic zone;

6) investment attraction for construction of facilities of infrastructure and for implementation of other types of activity of special economic zones;

7) implementation of construction of facilities of infrastructure according to the approved feasibility study on the parcels of land which are not transferred to participants of special economic zone;

8) the organization of the place of acceptance for functioning of service center of the population by the principle of "one window";

9) confirmation of the actual consumption of the imported goods when implementing the activities answering to the purposes of creation of SEZ of "PITAS";

10) monitoring of accomplishment of conditions of agreements on activities implementation.
