About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of preliminary anti-dumping duty concerning the bathtubs pig-iron enameled, coming from People's Republic of China and imported on single customs area of the Customs union

According to article 14 of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008 and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction for a period of 4 months of preliminary anti-dumping duty in the amount of 51, of percent from customs value to the bathtubs imported on single customs area of the Customs union pig-iron enameled, coming from People's Republic of China, classified by the FEACN CU code 7324 21 000 0.

For the purposes of application of the specified anti-dumping measure the goods are determined both by the FEACN CU code, and description of goods.

2. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federal Customs Service collection of the preliminary anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
