For the purpose of museumification, protection and introduction in scientific turnover of collections of the National center of literary researches and muzeografiya "Mikhail Kogelnichanu", and also ensuring access of general public to the national literary heritage DECIDES: the Government

1. Donate since January 1, 2013, according to the decision of Extraordinary general meeting of OA "Writers' Union of Moldova" of October 5, 2012, from management of the Writers' Union of Moldova in subordination of the Ministry of Culture the National center of literary researches and muzeografiya "Mikhail Kogelnichanu" and to appropriate it the name "The national museum of literature "Mikhail Kogelnichanu".

1-1. Establish the extreme number of staff of public organization "National Museum of the Romanian Literature" in number of 37 established posts.

2. To the national museum of literature "Mikhail Kogelnichanu" to accept in use it is non-paid from OA "soyuz pisateley Moldovy" Ploshchad in the amount of 572 sq.m, at the address, specified in Item 1 of this Resolution.

3. Perform transfer according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. 4. To the Ministry of Culture:

a) create the commission on reception-transmission of the National museum of literature "Mikhail Kogelnichanu" together with JSC Writers Union of Moldova;

b) allocate necessary financial resources for content of the specified museum.
