About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

Based on article 31 of the Law 721-XIII of February 2, 1996 on quality in construction (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, the Art. 259), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 360 of June 25, 1996. "About the state control of quality in construction" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 49-50, of the Art. 415), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content at the end:

"Structure of the State inspection in construction according to appendix No. 4";

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Establish the extreme number of staff of the State inspection in construction of 65 units (including central office - 22 units, territorial inspections - 43 units), with the annual salary fund according to the current legislation";

2) in Item 20 of appendix No. 2:

the subitem h) to state in the following edition:

"h) offers changes in structure of inspection in the limits set the salary fund and the number of staff;";

the subitem р) to exclude;

To add 3) with appendix No. 4 of the following content:

"Appendix No. 4
