Approve bills of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing" and resolutions of General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into the resolution of General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 8, 1998 of 3rd No. 1101-1 "0b approval of inventories which export and import is performed according to licenses".
2. Send the specified drafts of legal acts for consideration of chambers of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Appoint the Foreign Trade Minister and the industries of the Kyrgyz Republic of Omuraliyev E. K. the official representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration of the called drafts of legal acts by chambers of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Approve the enclosed Provisional regulations for import procedure and wholesale of oil products, and also raw materials and components for their production in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Determine that these Provisional regulations become effective since April 15, 1999 and is effective before adoption of the corresponding legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. Publish this resolution in mass media.
