2. The procedure for approval by Beldragmet of licenses for temporary export for the conversion of scrap and waste and commodity export containing precious metals is established by the Provision "About Procedure for Approval and Control of Implementation of the Export Licenses and Commodity Import Containing Precious Metals and Gemstones, Issued by the State Committee on External Commercial Relations in coordination with Beldragmet" approved by Beldragmet on October 13, 1993 and which underwent State registration on October 18, 1993 of N61/12.
