About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1055 and of February 10, 2007 No. 175

For the purpose of extension of the list of means with which use identification of users in Items of collective use can be performed computer clubs and the Internet cafe, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of rendering the services of telecommunication approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1055 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 160, 5/22959; 2009, No. 136, 5/29839; 2010, No. 108, 5/31752):

add Item 146 with part four of the following content:

"Storage duration of information on the rendered services of data transmission, telematic services and the paid bills - 5 years.";

in Item 149:

state part one in the following edition:

"149. Rendering services of data transmission and telematic services in Items of collective use is made after identification of the user by implementation of accounting of its personal data (name, middle name, surname, type and document number, its owner allowing to identify the personality, the name of body, it issued) or with use of technical means photo, video fixings or other program and technical method (including Sms) providing comparison of network details of users to their personal data. The specific method of identification is determined by the head of Item of collective use or person authorized by it.";
