About introduction of amendments to article 20 of the Federal law "About Immunoprevention of Infectious Diseases"

"2. The size of monthly monetary compensation is subject to indexation since January 1 of financial year proceeding from the predicted rate of inflation established by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period once a year.".
1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
2. Provisions of Item 2 of article 20 of the Federal Law of September 17, 1998 N 157-FZ "About immunoprevention of infectious diseases" (in edition of this Federal Law) are applied to the legal relationship which arose after day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
