RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)"

(as amended of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022 No. 175)

According to article 241 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2007, No. 253, 5/25990; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768; No. 301, 5/32966; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160):

1.1.1. in Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

state subitem 5.32 in the following edition:

"5.32. exercises control of observance by interim (anti-recessionary) managers of requirements of the legislation on economic insolvency (bankruptcy);";

add Item with subitem 5.321 of the following content:

"5.321. establishes form, terms, procedure for creation and submission of reports of interim (anti-recessionary) managers on the activities, and also of economic (economic) activity of the debtor;";

1.1.2. in Regulations on the Department on sanitation and bankruptcy of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

to state subitem 4.3 of item 4 in the following edition:

"4.3. control of observance by interim (anti-recessionary) managers of requirements of the legislation on economic insolvency (bankruptcy);";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Department according to the tasks assigned to it:

5.1. pursues state policy according to the prevention of economic insolvency (bankruptcy), and also provides conditions for implementation of procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy);
