Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of November 27, 1992 N 4015-1 "About the organization of insurance case in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 2, Art. 56; Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 1, Art. 4; 1999, N 47, Art. 5622; 2003, N 50, Art. 4858; 2005, N 10, Art. 760; N 30, of Art. 3115; 2010, N 17, Art. 1988; 2011, N 49, Art. 7040) following changes:

1) in paragraph three of Item 3 of Article 6 of the word "25 percent" shall be replaced with words "50 percent";

2) in Item 1 of Article 32.3:

a) state subitem 2 in the following edition:

"2) availability at the license applicant on implementation of additional types of insurance, the license applicant on implementation of reinsurance, the license applicant on implementation of mutual insurance on acceptance date by body of insurance supervision of the decision on issue of the corresponding license of the decision of this body on restriction or about suspension of action of earlier granted license or about appointment of temporary administration;";

b) declare subitem 7 invalid;

c) state subitem 8 in the following edition:

"8) availability of the unexecuted instruction of body of insurance supervision about non-compliance with requirements to ensuring financial stability and solvency, and also about non-presentation of the reporting, the stipulated in Article 28 these Laws, at the license applicant on implementation of additional types of insurance, the license applicant on implementation of reinsurance, the license applicant on implementation of mutual insurance on acceptance date by this body of the decision on issue of the corresponding license;";
