About modification of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

1. Part one of Article 26 to state 1) in such edition:

"1. Before opening of each plenary meeting registration of People's Deputies personally based on presentation of the certificate of the People's Deputy and confirmation of the presence is carried out by the sign manual. In assembly hall of the Verkhovna Rada the People's Deputy is registered by means of electronic system in such a way which makes impossible implementation of registration instead of the People's Deputy by other person";

"1) each People's Deputy personally by means of electronic system in such a way which makes impossible vote instead of the People's Deputy by other person. Results of vote are fixed by name, including with possible printout of results of vote of each People's Deputy.
