About modification of the Land code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Land code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) such changes:

1. In the subitem "v" of item 4 of the Section IX "Final provisions" of the word "about the market of the earth" to exclude.

2. In the Section X "Transitional provisions":

Item 14 to state 1) in such edition:

"14. Before entry into force of the law on the address of lands of agricultural purpose, but not earlier than January 1, 2016, entering of the right to land share (share) into the authorized capital of economic societies is forbidden";

2) in Item 15:

the paragraph one to state in such edition:

"15. Before entry into force of the law on the address of lands of agricultural purpose, but not earlier than January 1, 2016, it is not allowed";

in the paragraph the second the subitem "b" of the word "about the market of lands, but not earlier than January 1, 2013" shall be replaced with words "about the address of lands of agricultural purpose, but not earlier than January 1, 2016".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to develop also tax for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the bill on the address of lands of agricultural purpose.
